Cute little Peanut is one of several dogs who were removed from a very difficult situation and who have now been legally signed over for rehoming. Peanut is so sweet and friendly, yet slightly unsure as to whether people will be kind to him, so he will need a kind, empathic new owner to help him build up his confidence. Once he gets to know you, all he wants is cuddles and fuss, but due to his past life he may remain anxious in new situations. For this reason we would not wish to rehome him with children under 12 years.
Peanut has not lived with cats - although he is smaller than the average cat! He has not lived with small pets, but is used to living with other dogs. He is a tiny guy, so would not be compatible with large dogs.
Peanut has a lot of coat, which will need regular grooming. He has always lived in the company of other dogs so is not used to being left alone, meaning he will need company most of the time.
