Little Charlie is one of several dogs who were living in neglectful conditions, with many complaints made to the authorities over the years so eventually the owners made the right decision to hand him in to rescue. Despite his loveless past, Charlie is a dear little soul who is willing to trust humans and who just wants to be loved. He is such a good boy!
Charlie has not lived with small pets but he has lived with cats and with other dogs. He has lived with children but it is not known as to whether they were kind to him, so we would wish to place him without young children in the home.
Charlie has a non-moulting coat which was in a dreadful state when he came to us so adopters will need to have this regularly clipped
